Phebe's Bedding

It took me days and days to sew these pretties together. There was alot of muscle spasms and panic that the 1 yard of each fabric wouldn't stretch to accomplish all that my baby - Molly Brianna - wanted. But, with near 3 yards of thread and about a half a yard of fabric left over? I finished  ....

I arrived on March 9th for a (what I thought was) due date on the 17th. Turns out the due date is the 27th. Today. And in sadness I will have to head west, to home - tomorrow the 28th. It's been a very busy and productive time. And I thank God for video conferencing, because it looks like that will be the way I meet my new granddaughter - Phebe Grace Makhaira. I love her already as she is my baby's baby. 

I have enjoyed my time helping Molly get ready and look forward to the day (hopefully in the not-to-distant future) when I get to hold Phebe and kiss her dear sweet face.
