Ladies Night Out and Tie Cuffs ...

Friday Night September 30th in Quincy? We'll be having a special night out on the town for the ladies. The businesses and specialty shops will all be open and available for shopping and give-aways. The bookstore will be hosting a book signing for local authors. The Plumas Arts Council will be hosting our friend Linda's show of her artwork - sculptures and whimsical masks. Live music. Coffee shops and cafe's. Wine bars and eateries.

The theme for the night will be the '70's. Some women will come formal. Some will be in jeans and t-shirts. After all the '70's was all about self-expression! I remember. I was there. And tonight? I'll be there in my little black dress. My black tights and my red pumps. And in honor of the evening? I made me a new bracelet to wear. It's designed from an old silk tie and a vintage button.

I'll try to get a pic of the entire fabric tomorrow before heading out. AND some shots of the other awesome ladies. Oh. And did I mention? The evening ends with a showing of Saturday Night Fever circa '77 at the downtown movie theatre. Now how awesomely fun is THAT!
